Tracy Knox
Tracy Knox is a seasoned board member and executive leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and profitability in the technology sector. With a track record of success in scaling global companies, Tracy has served as CFO for three public companies overseeing complex financial transactions, including leading two of them through the go-public process.
As a Qualified Financial Expert, Tracy currently chairs the Audit Committee for BabyList, a prominent vertical marketplace. Notably, Tracy was the CFO of Rover Group, the world’s largest online marketplace for pet sitting and walking services, where she played a pivotal role in growing the company's Gross Merchandise Value to approximately $1 billion and leading its successful SPAC merger, resulting in a valuation of over $1.3 billion.
Tracy's expertise extends to complex M&A transactions, international expansion, and corporate governance and she has led multiple acquisitions and divestitures. Tracy's leadership in financial markets includes raising significant capital via equity and debt for both Rover and Rightside, a leading domain name services company.
Tracy earned her M.B.A, with honors, from the University of Washington and a B.A., Accounting from Indiana University.
